Job summary

Spark of Genius is recruiting a Waking Nights Childcare Worker for Riverside House in Newmilns, Kilmarnock. The role focuses on providing therapeutic, compassionate care to children and young people who have experienced trauma, with a flexible pay scale depending on qualifications (unqualified to SVQ/HNC).

You will help with daily routines, school prep, meals, activities, and record-keeping while working as part of a supportive team. A driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in caring for children who have experienced trauma or adversity.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Willingness to complete safeguarding checks and qualifications.
