CareTech is recruiting Support Workers for our Burntwood Caterham service in Guildford. You will provide person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs, including daily living support, community access and record-keeping.
You may work evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins on a rota. We offer full training, a structured induction, and career progression in a supportive environment.
Location: Caterham, Surrey
Rate: £13.03 per hour
Permanent | Full-time | 37.5 hours per week (rota-based)

Burntwood Lane has 5 service users with learning disabilities, mental health and challenging behaviours.
All service users require support with:
managing money, shopping, cooking, cleaning, medical appointments etc, managing correspondence, exploring leisure and work activities and accessing the community etc.
You will:
We’re seeking people who are caring, patient, and respectful, with a positive and resilient approach. You should be confident working independently and within a team, have good communication skills, basic IT and written abilities, and be flexible and reliable.
No previous experience? No problem! If you have the passion, we’ll provide full training and a structured induction programme.
