The service consists of a main house that can potentially accommodate three individuals alongside three self contained flats.The service is situated in an established residential area of Caterham with convenient access to local shops, supermarkets, community facilities and public transport. Nearby amenities and green spaces provide opportunities for individuals to access the local community and participate in meaningful activities.
The service promotes independence, choice, dignity and wellbeing, supporting individuals to develop and maintain their daily living skills while living in a safe and supportive environment.
The role involves providing waking night support , maintaining the safety and wellbeing of the individuals throughout the night, responding to any support needs, and completing appropriate observations and duties as required.
We’re seeking people who are caring, patient, and respectful, with a positive and resilient approach. You should be confident working independently and within a team, have good communication skills, basic IT and written abilities, and be flexible and reliable.
No previous experience? No problem! If you have the passion, we’ll provide full training and a structured induction programme.
