Glassmoon Services Ltd is recruiting for Waking Night Support Workers for a new service in Newton Abbot, UK. You will support individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them pursue their best life through person-centred care and activities that interest them.

Role offers meaningful work in a welcoming environment. A valid UK right to work, DBS checks, and references are required; a driver’s license is advantageous.

• Commitment to safeguarding and following policies.

Responsibilities

• Support People We Support to live their best life with person-centred care.
• Engage clients in activities and promote independence.
• Complete and maintain Support Plans and required information.
• Notify Team Leader of changes in needs and ensure welfare and safety.
• Assist with maintaining relationships with family and community.
