Glassmoon Services is recruiting for Support Workers for our service in Plymouth. You will support individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them engage in activities they enjoy while fostering independence and well-being.

Role involves person-centred care, following our care plans, and working alongside a dedicated team. Driver’s license is advantageous and right to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Driver's license advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support and enable the People We Support to live their best life through person-centred care.
• Deliver care and support aligned with our person-led delivery model.
• Help individuals engage with activities they enjoy while developing independence.
• Complete and maintain Support Plans and other information to ensure effective delivery.
