Job summary

Creative Support is seeking committed Relief Female Support Workers for our Preston Trauma Service, supporting three women with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs and trauma histories. The service operates 24/7 to aid transitions from long-stay institutions to community living.

You will promote independence, provide person-centred care, maintain structure and routines, and support activities in and around the home, ensuring a calm, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in the care sector is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support women with individual needs and goals, promoting independence and wellbeing.
• Promote structure, boundaries and routine in home and community.
• Support running of the home and daily household tasks within a person-centred approach.
