You will help residents with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs during night hours, ensuring safety, wellbeing and meaningful activity. Rotational night shifts, 37.5 hours per week, with a clear professional development path within our supportive care community.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in social care or support work.
• Ability to support adults with learning disabilities, autism or complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide waking night support to residents.
