Job summary

Affinity Trust is looking for a dedicated Support Worker to provide waking night support in Aylesham, Kent. You will help people live great lives at home, supporting routines, safety, companionship, and community connection while maintaining person-centred care.

This part-time role offers full training and the chance to complete an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care. A full UK driving licence and access to a car are required to travel between visits.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a car/vehicle.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (training available).

Responsibilities

• Provide night-time care and support in clients' homes.
• Promote independence and social connection for service users.
• Assist with routines, safety and personal care during waking nights.
• Support people to maintain daily living skills and community engagement.
