Job summary
Affinity Trust is seeking a Support Worker for Markfield, Anstey and Ratby to provide essential night-time support in homes, helping people live their life their way and maintain independence.
You will build meaningful relationships, deliver compassionate, person-centred care, and support daily routines from evenings through early mornings. Full training and NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care are provided.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is required or training provided.
Responsibilities
- Provide night-time support in residents' homes to promote independence and wellbeing.
- Build trusting relationships and deliver person-centred care.
- Support daily routines and respond to individual needs during waking nights.
