CareTech is recruiting a Waking Night Support Worker for La Marsh in Cottenham, Cambridge. The role involves supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs, delivering person-centred care and helping with daily living tasks.

You will join a supportive team, work a rota including nights, and have the opportunity for full training and development with potential progression within CareTech's services.

Formación

• Willingness to work towards Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
• Good communication skills, able to work independently and in a team.
• Flexible and reliable with a positive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver person-centred support in line with individual support plans.
• Assist with daily living skills and personal care.
• Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
• Support activities, appointments, and community access.
• Maintain accurate records and work effectively as part of a team.
• Work a rota including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins.
