Job summary

Courtyard Care is seeking a Waking Night Children’s Support Worker in Kettering. You will build trusting relationships with young people, support daily routines and development, and participate in activities to create a warm home environment. This role emphasizes compassion, resilience, and teamwork, with evenings and weekend shifts expected.

Salary starts at £13.45–£13.70 per hour, with 36.75 hours weekly. There is no sponsorship.

Position: Waking night children’s Support Worker

Location: Kettering (NN15 postcode)

Hours: 36.75 hours per week

Pay: £13.45 unqualified or £13.70 qualified

Lucerne House is a 6-bedroom residential home based in a quiet residential area of Barton Seagrave, supporting young people aged 5-17. We pride ourselves on creating a home from home environment to allow our young people to flourish and thrive.
