Qualifications

• Diploma in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards one.
• Experience in supporting adults with challenging behaviour, learning disabilities and/or mental health issues.
• The ability to keep calm under pressure and work alone or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in day to day implementation of individual support plans and activities.
• Maintain effective communication with service users, families and others while protecting confidentiality.
• Support service users with meals, laundry, cleaning and social events.
• Maintain accurate notes and records as required.
• Work as part of a team to provide high quality care.
