Job summary

CareTech is hiring a Bank Waking Night Support Worker to join our Mimosa service in Stoke-on-Trent. You will provide person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs, delivering consistent care during night hours and maintaining accurate records.

Willingness to work to Level 2 NVQ, DBS check is required and full training will be provided. This zero-hours role offers 28 hours per week with bank shifts, supporting independence and wellbeing in a safe,

Qualifications

• Willingness to work towards Level 2 NVQ.
• Enhanced DBS required (paid for by CareTech).
• Ability to work unsociable hours on a rota basis.
• Basic IT and written abilities are required.

• Deliver person-centred support in line with individual support plans.
• Assist with daily living skills and personal care where required.
