CareTech is recruiting a Waking Night Support Worker in Wisbech to support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. The role is permanent, full-time (30 hours per week) on a rota-based schedule including nights.
Full training is provided; no prior experience required. The service offers opportunities to develop skills and progress within CareTech’s supported living environment.

Supported Living, supporting adults aged 18+ in a safe, structured, and supportive environment. The service promotes independence, choice, and wellbeing through tailored, person-centred support.
Our service user requires 2:1 support during the day and 2:1 support overnight (including one waking night and one sleep-in).
We’re seeking people who are caring, patient, and respectful, with a positive and resilient approach. You should be confident working independently and within a team, have good communication skills, basic IT and written abilities, and be flexible and reliable.
No previous experience? No problem! If you have the passion, we’ll provide full training and a structured induction programme.
