Avenues in West Malling is seeking a compassionate Waking Night Support Worker to join our team, caring for seven adults with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours of concern. This is a part-time role (30 hours per week) from 10pm to 7am, with a driving licence required.
You will provide overnight support, conduct wellbeing checks, assist with personal care as needed, support with evening and morning routines, and help maintain a safe, welcoming home environment.
