Are you a kind, patient, and caring individual looking to make a positive impact within your career? Creative Support is seeking a Support Worker to join our friendly team in Grimsby, Lincolnshire. You will assist adults with learning disabilities in their daily lives.

Every day is different at our service in Grimsby. The people we support enjoy activities like ice skating and dancing at local discos.

Support Worker Duties

• Providing excellent care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, challenging behavior, and non-verbal communication needs.
• Encouraging service users to participate in various social activities both within and outside their homes.
• Developing trusting relationships with service users and their families to enhance their experience at the service.
• Administering and monitoring prescribed medication for service users.

No previous care experience is required. We offer full and part-time hours, including weekends and bank holidays, with up to 4 nights a week. The service is well-connected by public transport.
