Job summary

CareTech in Galston is seeking a proactive support worker to help young people with daily routines, school prep, meals and engaging activities. You’ll create a warm home-like environment, build trusted relationships and record essential care details to ensure the best outcomes.

No prior experience? No problem. We welcome applicants from education, youth work, childcare, healthcare, social care and related backgrounds, with full training provided and a paid induction.

Pay:£27,976 unqualified - £29,036 with an SVQ or HNC - £32,510 with both SVQ & HNC
