Priory Group is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker to deliver person-centred care for residents in Folkestone. You will provide sensitive overnight support, help residents live with dignity and empower them to pursue personal goals, under the supervision of the healthcare team.

The role emphasizes resilience, strong communication, and a compassionate approach to support autistic residents in a residential setting.

Compensation: £13.45 / hour

Description

The Cherries is located in Folkestone, in Kent. It offers residential support for six autistic males and females. We are located on a quiet street, near the town centre.

Our team are dedicated to supporting residents and their families by aspiring to deliver the highest quality of care and aiming to empower the people we support to live their lives to the fullest.

What you'll be doing

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Waking Night Support Worker to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will provide the highest standard of person-centred support and care, enabling the people who use our service to live with dignity, independence, and choice.

Waking Night Support workers are key workers, and provide direct support to our service users in support them to live there best lives. Our work is rewarding but can be challenging, so resilience is key. No two days are the same! Your natural empathy will help you support others through both the highs and lows.

You will play a vital part in helping individuals achieve their personal goals, supporting them in daily living, and empowering them to realise their potential.

Key Responsibilities
