Your ability to communicate and relate to a diverse range of clients, as well as your understanding of the principles of dignity and respect, will be key in following routines, carrying out set care plans, and recording and monitoring changes in individual conditions.

• Clinical skills including ventilation or the willingness to be clinically trained.

• Being observant recording and monitoring changes in behaviour
• A full UK driving license is preferable
