Woodside Farm, Coylton, South Ayrshire, requires a Residential Support Worker to help young people with daily routines, school prep, meals, and activities. You will document progress and support development in a warm, homely setting.
Experience is preferred; full UK driving licence is essential. Training in electronic records (Clearcare) will be provided, with opportunities to progress within the company.
Pay: £27,976 unqualified -£29,036 with an SVQ or HNC -£32,510 with both SVQ & HNC

As a children's residential support worker you will support young people with their daily routines; Getting them ready for school, prepping for meal times and planning activities.
New staff must be comfortable using an electronic care recording system on a daily basis to document, monitor, and update children and young people's records accurately. Experience with Clearcare is an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be provided. However, all staff are expected to confidently use digital systems as part of their day-to-day role.
