Spark of Genius is a leading residential child care provider within CareTech, supporting young people aged 10-18 in a therapeutic environment. This role is suitable for individuals with experience in caring for children with complex needs and a commitment to safeguarding and professional development.
The role includes joining a trauma-informed team, delivering high-quality care, and contributing to care plans. Full UK driving license is required; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Our service is a substantial and comfortable home offering five generous bedrooms and a variety of communal areas of high standard for young people aged 10-18, offering a therapeutic and peaceful environment for the young people to learn, grow and develop.
