We’re opening a brand-new, two-bed children’s home near Spalding and we’re looking for Waking Night Residential Support Workers to join the team.
This is a small, focused home supporting a maximum of two young people, so you won’t be working in a huge service with endless rooms, a massive rota and constant chaos.

You’ll also receive ongoing training, support and opportunities to progress within children’s residential care.
Our new Spalding service will be a small two-bed children’s residential home supporting young people with EBD, SEMH, trauma and complex needs.
Our approach is therapeutic, trauma-informed and relationship-based.
The home will support a maximum of two young people, allowing staff to provide genuinely individualised care.
As a Waking Night Residential Support Worker, you’ll play a crucial role in keeping the home safe, settled and well supported overnight.
Your role will include:
You’ll need to be someone who can stay calm, think clearly and respond professionally if the unexpected happens.
We’re looking for people who are reliable, resilient and genuinely care about young people.
You’ll need to be:
Previous experience in children’s residential care is desirable, particularly experience with young people with EBD, SEMH, trauma or complex needs.
A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare would be advantageous, although training and development can be provided for the right person.
Because this is your chance to join a brand-new, small children’s home from the beginning and become part of a team that is genuinely building something properly.
NIGHTS WITHOUT THE NONSENSE.
If you prefer working nights and want a role where you can provide calm, consistent support in a small children’s home, this could be a great fit.
We’re looking for people who are dependable, switched‑on and passionate about helping young people feel safe.
