UK Addiction Treatment Centres is recruiting a Waking Night Support Worker for Recovery Lighthouse in Worthing. The role covers night shifts from 19:00 to 08:00, averaging 43.75 hours per week, with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour.

You will support clients and work with our therapeutic team within a reputable rehab setting. The role emphasizes compassionate, solution-focused care, risk management, and collaboration with external services.

Mansioni

• Undertake all duties and responsibilities in line with policies, procedures, guidelines and QA strategy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee intake, assessment and discharge interventions.
• Assist therapeutic team with risk management planning and reviews with external partners where appropriate.
• Ensure clients observe programme rules and support action where breaches occur, including substance testing.
• Provide information and support to clients including referrals to aftercare services for abstinent lifestyles.
• Maintain accurate client records and databases and provide timely statistics for management and evaluation.
• Assist in transferring individuals between agencies and services.
• Support clients with prompting of medication and conduct medication audits and records.
• Help clients develop recovery plans addressing identified needs.
• Support attendance at external appointments and assist with transport when needed.
• Assist in day-to-day operation by helping clients with practical life skills, benefits, housing.
