UK Addiction Treatment Centres is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker for Recovery Lighthouse in Worthing. You will deliver high-quality support to clients overnight, participate in risk management, and collaborate with the therapeutic team to promote recovery and wellbeing.

The role requires compassionate, solution-focused individuals with strong communication and record-keeping skills. Flexible nights, onsite parking and access to wellbeing resources are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication at all levels.
• Ability to work on one's own initiative and as part of a team.
• Experience with risk management planning and documentation.
• Ability to maintain accurate client records and confidentiality.

Aufgaben

• Oversee intake, assessment and discharge interventions.
• Support the therapeutic team with risk management planning and reviews.
• Ensure clients observe the programme rules and support actions for breaches.
• Provide information and referrals to aftercare services to maintain abstinence.
• Maintain accurate client records and statistics for management and evaluation.
• Assist in transferring individuals between agencies and services.
• Support medication prompting and maintain medication records.
