Job summary

GoodOaks is seeking a Waking Night Care Professional to join our Maidenhead/Windsor team. You will provide overnight care five nights per week, staying awake, supporting personal care, mobility, and medication when needed, and offering companionship through the night.

No experience required—full paid training and DBS check are provided. We offer flexible contracts, funded diplomas, and ongoing personal and professional development to help you progress.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required - full paid training provided.
• Driver with a valid licence and access to a vehicle for work.
• Willing to undertake a right to work check and DBS check (fully paid by us).

Responsibilities

• Stay awake and alert through the night to provide care and support.
• Assist with personal care and continence care if required.
• Assist with mobility, repositioning and safe transfers if needed.
• Monitor medication schedules and support clients with medication if required.
• Offer reassurance and companionship to clients who are unsettled at night.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of the care provided.

We’re looking for a Waking Night Care Professional (5 nights a week) to join our brilliant team in Maidenhead and Windsor, providing overnight care in Maidenhead, starting as soon as possible. You’d make a genuine difference to our clients’ lives - helping them stay safe, comfortable and independent at home through the night.

What Will You Do?

• Stay awake and alert through the night, ready to provide care and support whenever it’s needed
• Support with personal care and continence care (if required)
• Assist with mobility, repositioning and safe transfers (if required)
• Monitor medication schedules and support clients with medication (if required)
• Offer reassurance and companionship to clients who are unsettled at night
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of the care provided
