Yorkshire Housing seeks qualified Electricians in Wakefield to join our Homes team. You’ll deliver electrical services across Yorkshire, performing testing, repairs and installations in domestic properties.

A modern company van and on-call rota support you to work efficiently and stay local. The package includes a £40,057.61 annual salary for 37.5 hours per week, with on-call earnings and overtime opportunities, plus health plan, holiday allowance, and a strong pension scheme.

Qualificações

• City & Guilds Level 3 (or recognised equivalent qualification) required.
• City & Guilds 2382 (18th edition) required.
• NVQ in Electro technical Services required.
• AM2 Certification required.
• 2391-51 Periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations Level 3 required.

Responsabilidades

• Undertake electrical workstreams including Fixed wire testing (EICR’s), remedials, electrical repairs & alterations to existing fittings and fixtures.
• Rewiring partial or full properties, including inspection and testing and provision of certification and reporting.
• Work in empty and occupied properties and coordinate with other trades, administrators and suppliers.
