Prezzo Italian in Cardiff is seeking a Front of House Team Member. You’ll greet guests warmly, recommend dishes and drinks with enthusiasm, take orders accurately, and ensure every guest leaves feeling welcome and well looked after.

No previous hospitality experience is essential—your personality matters most. You’ll receive full training, work with a supportive team, and have opportunities to progress into supervisory and management roles across Brava Hospitality brands.

The role

As a Front of House Team Member at Prezzo Italian, you're the first smile guests see and the reason they come back. You welcome, you recommend, you look after every table, and you make it look easy.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Delivering exceptional hospitality

• Greet every guest warmly and make them feel at home.
