Prezzo Italian in the United Kingdom is seeking a Front of House Team Member in Cardiff to welcome guests with warmth and energy. You’ll guide guests through the menu, take orders with care, and ensure every guest leaves feeling valued and looked after.

You’ll join a supportive team, with full training provided. The role focuses on delivering exceptional hospitality, seamless teamwork with kitchen and bar, and attentive service on shift.

The role

As a Front of House Team Member at Prezzo Italian, you're the first smile guests see and the reason they come back. You welcome, you recommend, you look after every table, and you make it look easy.

What you’ll be responsible for

Delivering exceptional hospitality

• Greet every guest warmly and make them feel at home.
• Know the menu and recommend dishes and drinks with real enthusiasm.
• Take orders accurately, including allergen and dietary requests, following our procedures every time.
• Keep an eye on every table so guests have what they need before they ask.
• Make every guest's first and last impression one they remember.

Being part of the team

• Work closely with the kitchen and bar so every plate and drink goes out right.
• Help your teammates when it gets busy.
• Keep the restaurant clean, tidy and ready for guests.
• Handle payments accurately and with care.
