Prezzo Italian Assistant Manager role within Brava Hospitality Group offers a hands-on leadership path, working under the GM to run shifts, lead the team on the floor and uphold guest hospitality. You will help set the tone, ensure smooth service and drive the restaurant's success.
You’ll contribute to sales growth, cost control, and local partnerships while maintaining food safety and brand standards. This role is a stepping stone toward managing your own Prezzo Italian restaurant in the future.
Assistant Manager, Prezzo Italian The best General Managers of tomorrow are the Assistant Managers we develop today.
Our refurbished restaurants look stunning, with more on the way, and the food has never been better.
Guests are noticing and the momentum is real.
Now we need Assistant Managers who are ready to lead alongside their GM and grow into true restaurateurs.
Who we are Brava Hospitality Group is the home of great restaurant brands.
We're the group behind Prezzo Italian, in towns and cities right across the UK, and a collection of much-loved central London restaurants: Jamie's Italian, Riding House Café, Nessa, Yasmin, Mortimer House Kitchen and, most recently, Bolo by Gennaro.
And we're growing the footprint of every one of our brands.
We're restaurant people at heart, and we believe every guest deserves brilliant food and exceptional hospitality from teams who love what they do.
Prezzo Italian has been bringing the Italian classics to towns and cities across the UK since 2000. For our 25th birthday we gave it a fresh start: a brand-new look, beautifully redesigned restaurants, and a menu built around the dishes people love, made fresh and cooked properly.
Prezzo Italian is the home of the Italian classics.
We're a business on the way up, and the people who join us now will shape where it goes next.
As an Assistant Manager at Prezzo Italian, you're your General Manager's right hand.
You run shifts with confidence, lead the team on the floor, and step up to run the restaurant when your GM isn't there.
At Prezzo Italian, it all comes down to two things: the impression we make and the connections we build.
Every guest should leave feeling genuinely looked after, not just served.
That starts with how we treat each other.
Teams who look out for one another, have fun together and take pride in what they do create the moments guests remember and come back for.
As Assistant Manager, you help set that tone on every shift.
You'll be joining at the moment the hard work starts paying off.
The food is right, and with every restaurant in our estate set to be refreshed over the next 18 months, there's plenty more to come.
This is the place to learn what it takes to run a restaurant, with a GM and a support office invested in getting you there.
What a great first year looks like: shifts that run smoothly whoever is on, a team that trusts you, guests who come back by name, and a GM who knows you're ready for your own restaurant.

Experience leading shifts in busy, guest-focused hospitality.
You understand what drives sales and costs, and you want to learn more.
You coach in the moment and bring out the best in others.
You notice the details, and you care when something isn't right.
