Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking Waiting teammates to join our pub teams. You’ll take orders, serve customers and upsell our food and drinks while delivering brilliant hospitality.

This role emphasises teamwork, progression, and real opportunities to grow within a busy, people-focused environment. We offer flexible/part-time hours with reliable contracts and a pay rate of up to £12.71 per hour, plus discounts and rewards through Marston's benefits.

Job description

We're on the lookout for new Waiting teammates to join our team! New to hospitality? You won't be for long! Make a name for yourself in one of our pubs. Our Waiting teams are at the heart of it all, right where the magic happens. It's not just delivering delicious, quality food. • Be responsible for taking orders, serving and upselling our fantastic food and drinks
• Be passionate about providing brilliant customer service
