Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking Bar and Waiting teammates to join our pubs. You’ll be the face of the venue, creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering memorable guest experiences.

You’ll gain skills through our internal DNA pathway and app-based training, with opportunities to progress to supervisory roles while enjoying flexible, part-time hours and employee benefits.

As part of our Bar and Waiting team you'll:
