Job summary

Thistle Marble Arch in London is seeking a Food and Beverage Team Member to welcome guests, serve food and drinks, take orders and clear tables. You will have the chance to personalise guests’ experiences and help build loyalty through attentive, friendly service in a vibrant hotel environment.

What you’ll be doing

As a Food and Beverage Team Member, you’ll be at the forefront of guest interaction, serving food and drinks, taking orders, and clearing tables. But it’s more than just that—you’ll have the opportunity to get to know your guests personally, taking the necessary steps to personalize their experiences and foster loyalty. A genuine passion for quality service is essential, and your attention to detail will help ensure that every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return.

In this role, you’ll also have the chance to enhance your skills through multiskilling, occasionally working across different departments. We believe this flexibility allows our team members to adapt and grow within the hotel, making a positive impact on both guests and colleagues.
