The Thistle Marble Arch in London is seeking a Chef de Partie to deliver high-quality, appetising meals in a busy kitchen, contributing to a memorable dining experience that reflects our hospitality standards.

You will uphold health and safety standards, work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and bring previous experience from similar roles to ensure consistency and quality across all dishes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a busy, high-quality kitchen.
• Experience in high-volume banqueting is desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and maintain quality.

• Focus on quality, ensuring attention to detail in every dish prepared and presented.
• Uphold high standards of food preparation and presentation, consistently delivering meals that delight our guests.
• Demonstrate knowledge of and adherence to Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations, maintaining a safe and compliant kitchen environment.
• Bring previous experience from a busy, high-quality restaurant setting, along with expertise in high-volume banqueting and various cooking styles.
