• Have a passion for hospitality, driving positive feedback and achieving targets set by management weekly.
• Work at pace with energy, always looking for the next task to complete.
• Proactively enhance venue atmosphere (music, lighting, temperature) and communicate changes to management.
• Collaborate with front of house and kitchen teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience on every shift.
• Actively achieve sales targets set by management and support teammates to do the same.
• Deliver services to the highest standards, proactively driving sales and following leadership.
• Ensure guests receive the best possible experience and are looked after safely when in venues and leaving.
• Complete compliance e-learning within 2 weeks of starting to stay workplace-safe.
• Deliver products to spec, learn new drinks and food menu items when required.
• Have fun, laugh, and spread good vibes.
