Job summary

Hotel du Vin Bristol is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to join our restaurant team. You will be the face of the dining room, helping control guest flow and liaising with the kitchen and management to ensure a smooth, high-quality dining experience for every guest.

We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with a variety of shifts. The role supports career training via apprenticeships and our brand-focused development path. This is a great step toward future opportunities within F&B management.

In this role you will be the face of the restaurant, you'll help control the flow, and communicate with the Kitchen and the restaurant management to ensure smooth and controlled dining experience for our guests.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
