Job summary

Hotel du Vin Poole is seeking a friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our restaurant team on a 20-hour week contract. The successful candidate will provide warm, attentive service and contribute to a welcoming dining atmosphere.

You will be the face of the restaurant, coordinating with the kitchen and management to ensure a smooth dining experience for our guests, with shifts across evenings and weekends as required.

£12.80 per hour, plus TRONC

In this role you will be the face of the restaurant, you'll help control the flow, and communicate with the Kitchen and the restaurant management to ensure smooth and controlled dining experience for our guests.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
