Job summary

The Tufted Duck in Tring, part of Acorn Pubs, has relaunched after refurbishment and is seeking friendly front-of-house staff. You will join at an exciting moment, helping shape service in a newly refurbished venue.

This role offers full or part-time hours, with a strong emphasis on guest experience, teamwork, and sharing in the pub's exciting journey within the Brunning & Price family.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Friendly and proactive approach to guest service.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent front-of-house service in a busy pub setting.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages with a smile.

The Tufted Duck, Tring has just begun an exciting new chapter.

As part of a major refurbishment investment, we have just relaunched this beautiful pub,creating a fantastic opportunity for additional FOHto join us at a pivotal moment in our journey.

The Tufted Duckis part of Acorn Pubs, which sits within the renowned Brunning & Price family – known for beautiful pubs, fresh food, and exceptional hospitality.

About you...

Youhave a natural ability to look after people and make them happy and like us,you’re passionate about food and drink. Previous experience in hospitality as a waitress/waiter,bar tender, barista or food and beverage assistant ideally in a pub, restaurant, hotelorbar would be helpful but isn’t essential.

More importantly, you’re hands on with a positive attitude. You’ll bring your life experience to help keep a busy shift calm and collected whilst ensuring you look after our customers in the best way possible.
