Job summary

The Crooked Billet is part of Acorn Pubs, Brunning & Price family, and is inviting you to join as a Supervisor or Front of House team member. Be part of the team from the start as The Crooked Billet transforms into a flagship site, bringing a fresh food and drinks offer and a new identity to the community.

You’ll help create memorable experiences, lead by example, develop colleagues and contribute to a welcoming pub culture that feels like it has always belonged at the heart of the community.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience is preferred.
• Experience as waiter/waitress, bar staff, server or supervisor is helpful but not essential.
• Experience at team-leader level is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the floor and support the team.
• Ensure smooth service and a welcoming atmosphere for guests and colleagues.
• Help shape the pub's guest experience as part of The Crooked Billet team.

Following a significant investment and an exciting transformation, The Crooked Billet is joining Acorn Pubs, part of the Brunning & Price family, and we’re building a brilliant new team to bring this flagship site to life.

You’ll lead by example, support and develop the team and make sure every service runs brilliantly.

About you...

Youhave a natural ability to look after people and make them happy and like us,you’re passionate about food and drink. Previous experience in hospitality as a waitress/waiter,bar staff, serveror food and beverage supervisor, ideally at team leader level would be helpful but isn’t essential.

More importantly, you’re hands on with a positive attitude. You’ll bring your work and life experience to help run busy shifts calmly ensuring you look after our customers in the best way possible.
