This is a 30 hours per week role, requiring availability on a 7-day rota basis, with 5 days per week.
The Restaurant is located within our Audley Retirement village, which features a health club, library, fine dining restaurant, bar, and luxury suites. Audley villages consist of owners who reside on-site in private homes, as well as external customers. We offer everything from simple to fine cuisine in beautiful settings within heritage buildings, supported by a dedicated team. As our Waiter/Waitress, you will ensure that both Audley Owners and External Customers receive the highest quality service and experience. Your efforts will ensure guests enjoy exceptional food and surroundings with a warm welcome and seamless service. Responsibilities include taking reservations, seating guests, advising on the menu, serving afternoon tea, promoting the village and our luxury spa, assisting with guest suite service, answering owner inquiries, monitoring stock levels, setting up for special events, and maintaining cleanliness throughout.
