Cicchetti Manchester are hiring a Waiter/Waitress. Competitive Industry pay (based on salary & Tronc).

Join Cicchetti Manchester and deliver warm Italian hospitality. You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, recommend dishes, and serve meals and drinks promptly while checking guest satisfaction. You’ll also process payments and assist with setup and cleaning, collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail, highly organised and capable of handling multiple tasks.
• A proactive self-starter who can work independently with good judgement and minimal direction.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting guests as they arrive at the restaurant and escorting them to their table
• Presenting menus to guests and taking orders for food and drinks

• Checking on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any issues
