Role Summary:. The Waiter / Waitress is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for all guests.. . Key Responsibilities:. Provide consistently excellent customer service, anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.. Collaborate with and support other staff members to ensure efficient restaurant operations.. Guide guests to their assigned tables.. Accurately and efficiently deliver food and beverage orders to tables.. Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.. Accurately take and process food and drink orders using the restaurant's POS system.. Address customer concerns and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.. Perform opening and closing duties, including table setup, cleaning, and inventory management.
