We are seeking a skilled and creative Bartender passionate about mixology, hospitality, and delivering exceptional service. As a key member of our team at Seed Library, you will showcase your bartending skills, craft innovative cocktails, and engage with guests in a vibrant environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a unique concept space, surrounded by a team dedicated to pushing cocktail culture boundaries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a diverse range of craft cocktails using fresh ingredients and innovative techniques to ensure exceptional flavors and presentations.
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations for a memorable experience.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, and mixology techniques, inspiring guests with creative beverage offerings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar, including bar tops, equipment, and storage areas, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock rotation, and assist with ordering to ensure ingredient availability and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with the bar team to develop seasonal menus, specialty cocktails, and themed events, contributing to Seed Library's success.
• Provide exceptional customer service, anticipate guest needs, and address inquiries professionally and courteously.
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe environment.
