We are currently recruiting for a Waiter/Waitress to join our exclusive Japanese Rooftop Bar and Restaurant - 8 At The Londoner.

Overview

1. An exciting opportunity to join 8 at The Londoner as a Waiter/ess.
2. Understand the menu thoroughly and explain the dining concept to guests, including allergen information.
3. Read tables' needs and serve according to their preferences.
4. Collaborate with Head Waiters and Floor Managers to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experience.
5. Check guest satisfaction at tables and handle feedback or complaints appropriately.
6. Process payments following company procedures.
7. Be proficient with IT applications such as OpenTable, Adecco, and Micros.

About You

1. Previous front-of-house waiting experience in a high-end, food-led operation is essential.
2. Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
3. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
4. Passion for food and beverage service and delivering outstanding hospitality.
