Job summary

Beaverbrook in Leatherhead is seeking a friendly hospitality professional to join our luxury estate team. You will take and process food and drink orders, uphold exceptional cleanliness, and use product knowledge to deliver memorable guest service in a beautiful setting.

You will be hands-on during service, report guest feedback to the manager, and work around 40 hours across any 5 days. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, positive, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt pace.
• Passionate about Food and Beverage and guest experiences.
• Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.

Salary: Circa £31,000 per annum, inclusive of service charge

The Role

• Taking and processing food
  and drink orders.
• Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and
  organisation throughout the restaurant.
• Using your
  product knowledge to provide ultimate guest service.
• Report all
  guest feedback to the manager on duty in a timely manner.
• Being
  hands-on and present during service, at all times.

Training will be provided to
ensure you meet our guest expectations.

The Person

• You will be able to
  demonstrate strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• A reliable and naturally
  positive individual, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Will have the ability to work
  well under pressure and adapt pace, as required.
• Passionate about Food and
  Beverage, as well as, providing memorable guest experiences.
• Experience in a similar
  role would be advantageous.

Shift Pattern

• The
  ideal candidate must be available to work 40 hours per week any 5 days out
  of 7.
• The
  hours for this position typically consist of: 06:30-15:00, 07:00-16:00 or
  15:00-01:00, we are looking for candidates who would be available to work
  any of these shift times.
