Job summary

Beaverbrook Food and Beverage is seeking a guest-focused team member for our luxury estate restaurant. You will take and process orders, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and use product knowledge to deliver memorable service.

The role is hands-on during service with 40 hours per week across 5 days; shifts include 06:30-15:00, 07:00-16:00, or 15:00-01:00. Training will be provided to meet guest expectations.

Salary: Circa £31,000per annum, inclusive of service charge

The Role

• Taking and processing food and drink orders.
• Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the restaurant.
• Using your product knowledge to provide ultimate guest service.
• Report all guest feedback to the manager on duty in a timely manner.
• Being hands-on and present during service, at all times.

Training will be provided to ensure you meet our guest expectations.

The Person

• You will be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• A reliable and naturally positive individual, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Will have the ability to work well under pressure and adapt pace, as required.
• Passionate about Food and Beverage, as well as, providing memorable guest experiences.
• Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.

Shift Pattern

• The ideal candidate must be available to work 40 hours per week any 5 days out of 7.
• The hours for this position typically consist of: 06:30-15:00, 07:00-16:00 or 15:00-01:00, we are looking for candidates who would be available to work any of these shift times.
