Searcys are seeking an experienced Waiter/Waitress to join the team at Osteria Locatelli, National Gallery, London. You will assist floor managers, manage sections, and ensure guests receive seamless service of food and drink.

Searcys are looking for a experienced Waiter / Waitressto join the team.

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Waiter / Waitressto join our dedicated team at Osteria Locatelli at the National Gallery,. As a waiter/waitress you will assist the floor managers in the day to day running of the Restaurant, You will be required to run sections, understanding and delivering all guests requirements and offering seamless service, food and drink.

The role will be based in the newly refurbished Sainsburys wing at The National Gallery, and Searcys are proud to be working in collaboration with the World Famous, Michelin starred Chef Georgio Locatelli on this project.

Salary: up tp £18 Inclusive of tronc

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to our guests
• To successfully participate in the delivery of all food and beverage services
• Take part in the setup of restaurant and events
• Nurture and develop new commis waiters
• Adhere to all company policies and departmental procedures/trainings
• Liaise with key people in all necessary areas of the business to ensure the provision of food and service is consistent and in line with menu/standards set by the managers
• Deal effectively and courteously with guestrequests, and to refer them to the line manager, if necessary
• Hands on and proactive approach
• Able to work autonomously and as part of ateam
• Passion for food and beverage
• Strong organisational skills
