Searcys is seeking an experienced Bartender to join the team at the Osteria Locatelli, located in the National Gallery. You will support the Bar Supervisor, craft stylish signature cocktails, and deliver service excellence to guests while showcasing the extensive wine and champagne programme curated by our Head of Champagne.

Based in the renovated Sainsbury's wing at The National Gallery, this role offers industry-leading benefits and a chance to collaborate with Michelin-starred Georgio

Qualifikationen

• You have 1-2 years in a bartender position.
• Strong beverage background.
• A love of coffee is desirable.

• Oversee the Bar area, supporting the team to deliver exceptional service and drive sales through upselling and repeat guests.
• Manage the overall beverage offer including cocktails, beers, garnishes and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain service and operational standards for the bar using best practices and efficiencies.
• Assist with maintenance of cocktail lists and new products while monitoring GP and stock control.
• Build and maintain relationships with guests, team members and clients.
• Demonstrate professional and courteous attitude as an ambassador for the brand.

Searcys are looking for a exoerienced bartender to join the team.

As a Bartender for Searcys you will support the Bar Supervisor in the everyday running of the Osteria Locatelli at the National Gallery, create stylish signature cocktails, deliver service excellence to our guests and be proud to serve an extensive wine and champagne programme which is curated by our amazing Head of Champagne.

The role will be based in the newly refurbished Sainsburys wing at The National Gallery, and Searcys are proud to be working in collaboration with the World Famous, Michelin starred Chef Georgio Locatelli on this project.

The Bartender will oversee the Bar area , supporting the team to deliver exceptional service, creating and maintaining Drinks and service standards while driving sales through upselling and repeat guests.

Salary: £14.80 plus Tronc

Working 5 days over 7

Gallery opening hours are 10-6 excluding Fridays that will be 10-9 and weekends 8-6.

Responsibilities:

• You are passionate about food and drinks!
• Manage the overall beverage offerfor the restaurant including cocktails, beers, garnishes and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Keep and maintain service and operational standards for the bar, making use of best practices and efficiencies where possible.
• Help with the maintenance of cocktail lists including new and innovative products and combinations while keeping GP and stock control in mind.
• Build and maintain relationships with guests, team members and clients.
• Demonstrate a professional and courteous attitude throughout service, acting as a ambassador for the brand.
• Strive for maximum efficiency and continual improvement of staff productivity
• Additional duties as assigned or required by the General Manager.
