Job summary

Searcys at St Pancras Brasserie in London is seeking an experienced Senior Waiter to lead the Waiting Team and assist with restaurant and Champagne Bar operations. The role includes running sections during service and supporting high-end events.

This full-time position offers 43 hours per week, a pay rate of £17 per hour, and benefits such as staff discounts, pension, generous leave, and meals on shift. The successful candidate will mentor junior staff and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Full-time Front of House 43 Hours per week

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Waiter to lead our Waiting Team and assist with the restaurant & Champagne Bar. You will be required to run sections during restaurant service as well as assisting high end events.

Salary:£17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to our guests
• To successfully participate in the delivery of all food and beverage services
• Take part in the setup of all events
• Nurture and develop new waiters and commis waiters
• Adhere to all company policies and departmental procedures/trainings
• Liaise with key people in all necessary areas of the business to ensure the provision of food and service is consistent and in line with menu/standards set by the managers
• Deal effectively and courteously with guestrequests, and to refer them to the line manager, if necessary
• To ensure that all legislative and Government guidelines are adhered to, including The Food Safety Act, Health and Safety at Work Act, the COSHH regulations, etc. within the areas of responsibility including all other requirements as described in the Searcys Health & Safety Policy
