Job summary

The Stafford London in St James’s, a five‑star luxury hotel, seeks a charming, energetic guest‑facing team member to deliver exceptional service at the bar and dining areas. You will be intuitive and proactive about guests’ needs, ensuring memorable experiences.

You will contribute to Food & Beverage service, upsell thoughtfully, communicate clearly with colleagues, and maintain composure under pressure while upholding the hotel’s standards and training from management.

About the Role:

We are seeking a charming, energetic, guest orientated individual who is passionate about delivering excellent guest experiences by being intuitive and proactive about our guests’ needs.

Duties:
