The Stafford London is seeking a Public Area Cleaner to uphold the high standards of this luxury Mayfair hotel. The role offers a salary of £28,000 per annum inclusive of service charge, based on a 40-hour week, with a 30-hour option also considered.

You will support guest areas, restrooms, and public spaces to ensure pristine presentation. Ideal candidates will have a positive attitude, a passion for 5* guest service, and strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and

Responsibilities

• Report damages and malfunctions.
• Recommend areas in need of deep cleaning to Line Manager.
• Maintain equipment in proper state of cleanliness and repair as per hotel standards.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel daily activities to assist guests.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel, public areas, rest rooms and surroundings to assist guests.
• Comply with health, safety and hygiene policy and grooming standards.
• Maintain bedrooms and ensure they are immaculately clean and presentable.
• Ensure guest supplies are replenished and presented correctly.

About the role, what will I be doing?

Responsibilities

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the hotel, public areas, rest rooms and surroundings in order to assist guests
• Comply with hotel’s health, safety and hygiene policy, and adhere to conduct, personal grooming and hygiene standards
• Maintaining bedrooms and ensuring they are immaculately clean and presentable
• Ensuring all guest supplies are replenished and correctly presented
